All e-mail addresses associated with user (examiners) accounts will be e-mailed including user (candidate) profiles. The changes will apply to the use of the Examagram Services after we have given you notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use the Examagram’s Services or the website. If you continue to use the Examagram Services after the date on which the changes comes into effect, your use of the Examagram Services indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms.

Definitions used for this Privacy Notice:-

“Examagram“, “Examagram Services“, “ Websites“, “You“, “Advertisers” “Candidates”, “Users” and “Examiners” shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms of Use.

An e-mail inviting your friend to use the Examagram Services or to visit the Websites will be sent to him/her automatically. Other e-mails to third parties and candidates are automatically sent at relevant times during the test procedure.

1.1.6 – If you wish to stop from processing this type of personal information about you, may no longer be able to provide the relevant services to you.

1.1.7 – In addition, may ask your permission to post your testimonial or success story or for referrals. If you agree to post your material on Websites or any associated publication, you should be aware that any personal information you submit can be read, collected, or used by other users of the Websites and could be used to send you unsolicited messages

2.4 – Examagram will NOT release any information regarding user (candidate) information that has not subsequently been verified by the user (candidate) by agreeing to the terms and conditions and this Privacy Policy. To be clear, it is solely the responsibility of the user (examiner) to ensure that the candidates is fully aware of the information that is being provided up until the candidate decides to take the test (thus agreeing to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy). Any information given by the examiner and therefore any liability relating to the information is solely with the user (examiner). Once the user (candidate) has started the test, they have fully agreed with the terms and conditions laid out in this document (and Terms and conditions) and they are in full understanding that they are then responsible to ensure that the examiner has submitted correct and accurate information on their behalf in relation to their profile. Examagram will assume that the candidate has given full permission for the information to be shared. It is the candidate’s responsibility to inform Examagram of false or unauthorized information being given past the point of starting the test. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Examagram, and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from any non-consented or falsified information that has been submitted by you the user. At any time the user (candidate or examiner) can request the information that has been provided and the e-mail address will be the source and proof for the identity.

2.5 -In addition, may use your personal information for the following purposes:-

2.5.1 – To promote and market to you: – Other Services; or – Services of third parties which thinks may be of interest of you;

2.5.2 – To send you seasonal greeting messages and/or message informing you of a critical performance error in the Websites and/or the Services.

4.CHOICE of Account

4.1You can choose to delete your Examagram account at any time in which event will remove all access to your account and in the database.
